Everyone, who has been in contact with Counselling Service of Viennese Assistance to the Homeless (WWH), and now is living independently in an apartment, is entitled to take advantage of our service opportunities if needed.

Our service includes short- term help through our team of social workers as well as assistance, if you struggle with

• The preservation of your existing apartment,
• Delayed payments of rent and/ or cost of energy,
• Your income situation is unclear or you might need us to second a motion,
• Contacts with your landlord, neighbors, offices or authorities.

We also support the re-entry into long term support of the Councelling Service of Viennesse Assistance to the Homeless (via bzWo), to ensure the individual and necessary help to stabilize your situation.
A side offer of our service office is ongoing counseling according to the Project “betreutes Konto”.
